About Us

Gavin Young, The Originator, is a graduate from Stellenbosch University majoring in Financial Accounting and Economics.

He has had a career in financial services for more than 30 years. Starting out at Small Business Development Corporation in the mid 1980’s, to the banking sector in 1991 and then starting his own mortgage origination practice in 2006.

His focus is delivering service to agents and bond applicants by applying all his skill and knowledge of banking to make the deal work.

We have recruited a fabulous team who share the same values.

We are driven to succeed, the focus on service, via exceptional people who have a high skill set means we have an excellent conversion ratio.

Sarah, The Designer, runs the website and social media. She is highly skilled in visual communication and brings a fresh youthful approach to our social media, website and blog.

Michelle, The Administrator, has been working with Gavin since 2006 and brings her skills to the table by sending your application to the banks and monitoring it every step of the way.
